

Wheel Stud Conversion Kit for all MINI Models
Wheel studs conversions are a replacement for standard MINI wheel nuts, and are used to reduce the time when carrying out jobs that require wheel removal / replacement.
Stud conversions screw into the OEM hub, and are tightened to OE spec using an Allen key. These then allow for quick alignment of the wheel when remounting to the car. We supply these kits per axle, in order to allow for mixing of front and rear stud length.
Open ended nuts are required, and are supplied with our conversion kits.
These stud conversion kits are zinc coated from factory, which helps to protect from rust. They are also TUV approved allowing these kits to be used across Europe!
Our stud length measurement is the length of the threaded stud outside of the hub. In order to choose the correct stud length, you would be required to subtract your wheel mounting point thickness, disc mounting point thickness and supplied nut length (23mm) to determine how much thread you are left with. Please keep in mind that the stud length includes a 13mm unthreaded end.
Gen 1 are M12 nuts and bolts
Gen 2 / 3 / 4 uses M14 nuts and bolt.Â
Gen 1 and 2 each kit includes 8 nuts and bolts. Gen 3 and 4 includes 10 nuts and bolts.Â
Lohen insist on using a high quality threadlock when installing this product, and allowing a curing time of 24 hours before re-fitting wheels.
